Secretary of State (SOS) / articles filing fees are a state-specific upcharge you pay directly to the state at filing. They are never included in the $97 service fee (including higher-fee states). After you pay $97 here, fulfillment helps you complete state portal filing — gov fees remain pass-through.

What’s your refund / cancel policy?
Full refund of the $97 service fee if we haven’t started portals or kickoff work. After kickoff has begun, refunds are partial or none depending on work completed. SOS / government fees paid to the state are never refundable by us. We do not guarantee state, IRS, or Stripe approvals — those decisions are theirs. What live sessions should I expect?
